Die Preise auf der Website sind informativ. Es gilt der Preis, der beim Bestellen am Truck angeschrieben ist. Alle Preise in Schweizer Franken.
Der Kauf kommt mit der Bestellung und Bezahlung am Truck zustande. Das Angebot kann je nach Saison und Tag variieren.
Vorbestellungen laufen über food-order.ch. Dafür gelten zusätzlich die Bedingungen dieses Anbieters.
Angebot, Preis und Bedingungen vereinbaren wir jeweils schriftlich per E-Mail. Erst unsere Bestätigung macht die Buchung verbindlich.

Wir haften im gesetzlichen Rahmen. Die Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ist ausgeschlossen, soweit das Gesetz es erlaubt.
Es gilt Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz von Vionne Kaffee KlG, unter Vorbehalt zwingender Gerichtsstände für Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten.

The purchase is concluded when you order and pay at the truck. What we offer may vary by season and day.
Pre-orders are handled by food-order.ch, whose terms also apply.
Offer, price and conditions are agreed in writing by email. A booking is binding only once we confirm it.

We are liable within the limits of the law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Vionne Kaffee KlG, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
